The Chandigarh Administration has announced the JBT Teacher Recruitment 2023. The application process will start on chdeducation.gov.in on August 15, 2023. The last date to apply is September 15, 2023.
There are a total of 1000 vacancies for JBT Teachers in Chandigarh. The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with 50% marks from a recognized university. They must also have passed the CTET exam.
The age limit for the JBT Teacher Recruitment 2023 is 18 to 37 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
The selection process for the JBT Teacher Recruitment 2023 will be conducted in two phases:
- Phase 1: Written Exam
- Phase 2: Interview
The written exam will be held on October 15, 2023. The syllabus for the written exam will be based on the CTET syllabus.

The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the written exam and interview.
